your order has lapsed the time frame in the policy (the time frame you agreed to when checking out, not your
estimated confirmation time), you may email us below to receive a status update or a tracking ID, or if you
have lost your confirmation address. E-mails regarding ship times and your ship time has not lapsed are
filtered because ship times are in the policy page, on the FAQs page, and were in the terms of service you
