Lay-away from AngelBabyBedding.com - Baby Bedding Programs

1. All orders must be equal to $100.00 or above to qualify for a lay-away plan (That does
include the shipping charge - so items that are marked 85.00 or above can apply as well)

2. 15% down at time of order

3. No refunds once lay-a-way is implemented - Layaway is implemented once down payment is
received and clears.

4. Exchanges can only occur before the account reaches 45% ($100.00 = $45.00). After your
account reaches 45%, there are no exchanges on items.

5. Each lay-a-way order will receive a unique order/account number. You will receive an email
every time a payment is made with a detailed invoice and your account number.

6. After Last Payment is made you will receive a final invoice with a tracking number and / or
ship date.

7. If no payment is made within any 30 period, lay-a-way will be cancelled and money and time
is forfeit. Please make sure to call, email or write if there is a situation that a payment will be
late.

8. You may add to your order at anytime during lay-a-way. Click here to add to your Layaway
order.

9. Lay-a-way payment plans are calculated monthly or bi-monthly. (please see sample
payment plan below)

10. You must email or fax in the order to do lay-a-way because the checkout cart is not setup
for partial payments at this time.

11. You may use paypal for your lay-a-way payments (the initial payment with paypal has no
paypal fees associated with it, however recurring payments are subject to the paypal fees).

12. There is no free shipping with lay-a-way. Instead, Actual shipping charges do apply.

13. No other promotions, coupons or offers are eligible with Layaway.

14. Lay-Away Program is subject to Store Policy and Terms of Service. Including but not
limited to - restock, charge back, return and shipping policies.
