Payment Options
We accept check, money order, western union, credit cards (visa, american express, mastercard, discover novus), Paypal,
debit cards with the master card or visa logo. We accept Discover, Mastercard, American Express. We have chosen
paypal as a payment option because it is safe, friendly, familiar and online! Paypal is better in many
ways than a traditional credit card processing company. It offers help, and security with every
transaction.
Sales tax is calculated for Missouri residents only.

Policy on Charge backs:
Charge backs on any item when given an order number (order numbers are given as soon as you purchase or as soon
as lay-a-way is implemented) will automatically meet with a 50.00 Service Charge Fee. This is not a chargeback fee, this
is a service fee for handling the account paperwork and time spent. If you need to do a charge back for any reason, you
must contact us first so we will not charge that amount. Fees will not be taken out through a credit card company,
instead legal action can and will be taken for the fees, including any applicable lawyer and/or counsel fees. Thank you!
Returns
We want all of our customers to be happy with their items. We suggest to customers to research as much as possible
on the set they want to decorate with - and if you need help, just email us! We are able to find sets with just a few words
like "blue", "bear", "fire trucks", etc... In order to do a return, the item must meet the return eligibility requirements which
are:
1. Received wrong item (ALL packages are triple checked before leaving the store)
2. Item was damaged during shipment (All packages are insured to the purchased price)
3. Item was defective (must be returned within 10 days, must email or call within 3 days of stamped delivery)
ALL returns must have a return authorization number. To get that number, please click here and request a
return. Any packages returning without a RA number will be refused. It is imperative to receive the RA
number prior to returning an item. Return authorization number will not be valid after 12 days. Make sure
to include your order and full name and address when requesting the RA.
Shipping costs to you and insurance paid either way will not be refunded. There also will be an applicable restock fee,
unless the item was defective or you were sent a wrong item.
If guidelines are met, item must be returned within 10 days of complaint; Item must be packaged correctly and shipped in
the same manner as it was shipped to you (insure it). There are no returns or refunds for:
1. Personal taste - "colors do not match paint", etc...
2. If the item has been used (we cannot take back a used item - this means items that have been washed as well or
broken from shrink wrap or bubble wrap).
3. If the item comes back from a smoking home
4. If the pregnancy has complications
5. If a buyer just needs money back
6. If Shipping and/or Tracking ID has been issued.
7. If Package is engaed for delivery on en route to destination and not declared "Missing" or "Lost" by the shipping
company and / or Shipper
8. If the item has been delivered and signed for, unless there are defects with the bedding and/or items.
Our guidelines are set due to many years of taking returns for a lot of those reasons. Unfortunately we cannot run a
business, pay for goods, a website and a place to keep the items if we have unnecessary returns. We do have a case
by case basis as well. Restock fee for returns ranges from 35% - 50% depending on amount purchased. Restocking
fees are applied to a package if the customer has a backordered item and has not allowed the proper ship time (3-12
weeks after initial ship time or other amount of time if notified), or if the customer returns an item with or with a RA
number. Usually those returned with the RA number do not have a restock fee applied.
Cancelling an Order:
In order to cancel an order, the following guidlelines must be met:
1. Expected delivery time has lapsed more than 7 days (see delivery times below under "shipping") and order was
placed through AngelBabyBedding.com only. Personal orders of staff are excluded from this guideline, and must be
addressed to the person of which whom took your order. Angel Baby Bedding nor any of its subsidiaries takes any
responisibility for orders placed outside of Angelbabybedding.com (this includes auctions sites such as ebay, amazon or
yahoo auctions.) If customer chooses for angelbabybedding.com or any of it's sister companies to handle your auction
or personal sales item, angelbabybedding.com policy applies. This does not apply to backorders.
2. If a customer needs to add to an order.
3. If the items that have been ordered are no longer available. In this case the order will be cancelled automatically
within 3 days of placing said order.
*If an order is cancelled after goods have been purchased for the customer - restocking fee applies.
Back Orders:
Occasionally there will be a back order of an item due to hoilday season or just simple demand and supply. When this
happens, the ship time is automatically changed to allow an extra 3 -8 weeks, depending on the size of the order. If
additional shipping was not purchased, the order is held until all pieces of the order is in. When the order is completely
in, the order will ship same day. The customer will always be notified of such instances, and if a refund is wanted, please
see refund guidelines above. If multiple shipments are wanted, additional shipping may apply.
Refusal of Package
This is the same as an unauthorized return. If you refuse an order and it is before the time frame given
below, you will meet with a 35-50% restock fee plus shipping. You will also be responsible for shipping back
to us and an automatic 5.00 refusal fee on top of shipping.
Tracking Your Package

We ship either UPS, FED EX, or USPS priority mail service or Parcel Post Mail Service. Insurance is optional.
WE DO NOT DROP SHIP! Unless a customer requests it. All of our items are shipped to us, and we carefully inspect each
one when we get them in, when we do inventory and again when we ship them! We have a strong belief here - How can you
sell an item and endorse it without touching, seeing or knowing how good the quality is? We always check our items, this is how
we can offer you the best!
Allow the time allotment for each as stated below -
1-6 weeks - Cocalo, Kimberly Grant, Osh Kosh Baby, Baby Martex, PatchKraft
1-2 weeks - Baby Einstein, BeBe Sounds/Unisar
4-12 weeks - Cotton Tale Designs, Glenna Jean
3-6 weeks Lambs and Ivy
Special orders are taken and you will be emailed a ship time when you place an order such as that. And sometimes these
orders will be dropshipped by approval of the customer only.
If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email letting you know when to expect the item. If an item takes longer than the
allotted time above, you will be notified.
Usually the item does not take as long as posted, however we always say to allow this time for holidays, weather, etc...
We ship globally! This site is calculated to USA shipping standards only, however if you place an order and your address is
outside of the USA, you will be contacted so we can tell you the shipping amount. We only charge actual weight on shipping. If
you live in the UK, your order will not go through with a USA shipping cost.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO address (if you have a military address make sure to put the military state code of your
address such as AA, AE in the state blank) * note - Tracking information is usually not valid with a military address. Insurance
is still purchased, but tracking information may not be available.
Any customs charges or duties is the buyer's responsibility. Such as canadian shipping - Your package will arrive with the
proper label and paperwork, you are responsible for any fees associated with that product through customs.

You will be charged this when the package is shipped, or when your order is processed.
If you choose NOT to accept insurance, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be made on your product if it is lost, stolen or
damaged during shipment - and it will be up to you to do the claim through ups or usps if you want your item and/or money
back.
If you choose to have insurance, your package will be insured and if anything happens to the package during shipment, then
we handle everything.
