Special orders are taken and you will be emailed a ship time when you place an order such as that. And sometimes these
orders will be drop shipped by approval of the customer only.
- Back Orders:
Occasionally there will be a back order of an item due to holiday season or just simple demand and supply. When this
happens, the ship time is automatically changed to allow an extra 3 -8 weeks, depending on the size of the order. If
additional shipping was not purchased, the order is held until all pieces of the order is in. When the order is completely in,
the order will ship same day. The customer will always be notified of such instances, and if a refund is wanted, please see
refund guidelines above. If multiple shipments are wanted, additional shipping may apply.
- Refusal of Package
This is the same as an unauthorized return. If you refuse a package after the tracking ID has been sent, you will meet with a
35-50% restock fee plus shipping. Legal action, including placing your account for collection will be taken for refusal of
packages after 15-30 days if the restock fee is not paid. Or, if store credit is issued if you are eligible for a store credit, the
restock fees will be assessed against your store credit.
- We ship globally! This site is calculated to USA shipping standards only, however if you place an order and your
address is outside of the USA, you will be contacted so we can tell you the shipping amount. We only charge actual weight
on shipping. If you live in the UK, your order will not go through with a USA shipping cost. The Shopping cart may not
reflect actual shipping on international orders. We will charge exact shipping on your international order when we
process and charge your account.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO address (if you have a military address make sure to put the military state code of
your address such as AA, AE in the state blank) * note - Tracking information is usually not valid with a military address.
Any customs charges or duties is the buyer's responsibility.
- INSURANCE
You have the option of choosing insurance for your package. Fees range from 1.65 - 9.35 exact rates for insurance
depending upon amount purchased and through which carrier. You will be charged this when the package is shipped, or
when your order is processed. If you choose NOT to accept insurance, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be made on
your product if it is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment - and it will be up to you to do the claim through ups or USPS if
you want your item and/or money back. If you choose to have insurance, your package will be insured and if anything
happens to the package during shipment, then we handle everything.
- Shipping Fees:

This is automatically calculated at the time of check out - Coupons may also be applied - currently freeship is a coupon for
all domestic orders over $89.99 USD. This coupon is NOT valid for ak, pr, hi or international orders or furniture orders. If
shipping is not correct during time of checkout, this will be fixed to show actual shipping and you will be
charged for actual shipping rates.
- Free shipping policy is as stated: Free shipping does not apply to upholstered rocking chairs or any furniture.
Free shipping is available on one box per order. Multiple boxes will incur actual rate. The free shipping will apply to the
highest costing package. For instance, if you order a large order that will take 4-5 boxes to ship, the largest most expensive
box to ship will be free to you. Free shipping can not exceed 20% of the order amount. If shipping exceeds this amount,
free gift will be included. Example: Order comes to 100.00 , shipping comes to 32.50 - you will get a free gift, or you will be
charged the difference of 12.51. This exception on free shipping in only ongoing while gas prices are on the rise, due to
costs that are projected onto our company, the companies that make the products and the shipping companies themselves.
