Q. How much to I have to buy to get free shipping?
A. Free Shipping can be applied to any USA order over $99.99 USD using the coupon code freeship. You
must use the coupon to get free shipping.
Q. Why do you not carry all the same items as other online stores? Can I get those items from you?
A. We do actually carry most of the items any other online baby store carries. If you do not see it on the site,
chances are if you email us, we can get it for you cheaper and faster. You can email us from the contact page
here.
Q. Do you charge before you ship?
A. For orders over 100.00 we will charge or pre-authorize your card within 1 -3 weeks of your order shipping, or
right before we ship. For orders under 100.00, we wait to charge until we are printing your shipping label unless
your card runs a high security risk.
Q. I need to call to make sure my order was processed, I have questions, why is there no number?
A. On the front page, if you click on the security buttons "privacy verified" our phone number is available,
however because we are so busy with many orders and over 500+ e-mails per day, the best way to contact us is
through the contact page. If you would like to call, you may call and leave a message regarding your order or a
question for an item and your call will be returned or answered via email.

Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship via Fedex, DHL, UPS and USPS. With Free shipping option, we will ship the cheapest was
possible. If you want a different means of shipping, please just ask us! WE WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE!
Q. It has been 2 weeks, and no update on my tracking. When do you ship?
A. ALWAYS read any policy online before ordering. Our ship times are in our policy and you MUST agree to
our policy before ordering. Shipping times vary and you can see them here:

Q. How can it possibly take the shipping time in the policy to ship?
A. Actually, it rarely takes that amount of time. However that shipping time is allotted in case of weather, back
orders, and other delays we cannot control.
Q. I have emailed numerous times with no response, why?
A. If you have emailed numerous times with no response, chances are we did not get the email. Usually ALL
e-mails are answered. If a customer is emailing regarding ship times, those are in the policy page and on the
contact page it clearly states if a customer is emailing regarding ship times to please refer to the policy page.
We have many e-mails per day regarding changing and adding to orders and lines to carry and general
questions about the products. We prefer that the customer that agrees to a policy reads it as well.

Q. Is your online baby store secure?
A. Our Online Checkout is 100% Secure and Encrypted with a SSL system. You need not worry about any of
your personal information leaking or getting to anyone else. The owner is the ONLY person that processes
orders.
Q. What are those boxes about security on your site?
A: Those Boxes are from Trust Guard. Trust Guard is a company that verifies our security, privacy and
business for our customers to feel and be safer when buying products from our store.
Q. If I order and it is processed is there anyway I can add to my order?
A. Yes, if your order has not yet shipped, we can add to your order with no problems. Just email us with the
items you wish to have added via the contact page.
Q. My order was cancelled with no explanation after 2 weeks, why?
A. If your order is cancelled, there is always an explanatory email that follows. If you did not get the email, I do
apologize. It is also on your confirmation page. Usually if an order is cancelled after that long it is because we
have ran out of stock and an item is discontinued. This is beyond our control and if you were charged, you will
be refunded immediately. Please note that we have no control in discontinued items and if you have a
successful checkout, you have agreed to our policy and understand these situations.

Fitted Crib Sheet.
Q. Will this baby bedding fit my crib if i live outside the USA?
A. The Baby Bedding Sold here at Angel Baby Bedding will fit cribs that are made in the UK (any country of
Europe), Asia, India, Mexico, South America, Etc.. If you have doubts and the dimensions of your crib, please
email us here and we will let you know for 100% sure before you purchase. And we will let you know in YOUR
unit of measurement!

A. Angel Baby Bedding was founded by a mother of two. It is classified as a small business, however does

Q. I have tried repeatedly to use the free shipping and the winter07 coupons, but it will only let me use one, why?
A. As stated on the coupon page - you can choose ONE coupon to use. Here at Angel Baby Bedding, our
prices are 99% of the time lower than our competition and we offer many different choices with coupons to save
our customers even more money. If we would allow a customer to use all coupons at once and keep our prices
lower than anyone else, we would not be able to carry on business.
Please choose one coupon. You can enter coupons in to see which save you more as well during checkout.
- Free shipping policy is as stated: Free shipping does not apply to upholstered rocking chairs or any furniture.
Free shipping is available on one box per order. Multiple boxes will incur actual rate. The free shipping will apply to the
highest costing package. For instance, if you order a large order that will take 4-5 boxes to ship, the largest most
expensive box to ship will be free to you. Free shipping can not exceed 20% of the order amount. If shipping exceeds this
amount, free gift will be included. Example: Order comes to 100.00 , shipping comes to 32.50 - you will get a free gift, or
you will be charged the difference of 12.51. This exception on free shipping in only ongoing while gas prices are on the
rise, due to costs that are projected onto our company, the companies that make the products and the shipping
companies themselves.
